By using Bookworm (website or Android app) you agree to these terms. Bookworm is operated by Dr. Vivek Khare, India.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your email account secure — it's how you sign in. One person per account.

Content you upload

Upload only books and documents you own or have the right to use. Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We screen uploads automatically and may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringement to support@vivekkhare.org.

AI-generated summaries

Summaries, audio and other outputs are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for the original work or for professional advice. Use the Report button on a summary to tell us about problems.

Plans

Your plan and its limits are shown on your account page. Paid plans run for the period purchased.

Liability

Bookworm is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). These terms are governed by the laws of India.
